I picked someone up and dropped them off never receiving any money and nobody is returning my emails. The app worked completely different the second day. I had a feeling something wasn't right and imagine that I was right

Sign up process is stuck in the 20th century. Let me sign up with my Google account rather than ask me for my name, email, home and work addresses and even the mandatory picture. Disappointing, deterred me from the app.

Can only cash out over $10? I need to cancel my account and i have $5 in it, did you not collect from the rider? Then why should you keep the $5?? Plus customer service is really bad, machine replys and waste of time.
