Love the content. The app layout is nice. But it crashes constantly. It won't load for me most the time and when it does the audio is choppy. Uninstall and reinstall seems to work, but that just gets me by a day or so. Please fix it, I really enjoy this app! I only do 1 star because of the app issues. It's 5 star for content! Update. It seems to be working better with the new update. Thank you guys for getting it figured out!

Originally installed in November 2019 and it worked great until 22 February 2020 approximately. I was unable to open it on that date; therefore, I uninstalled it. Unfortunately I am unable to reinstall the app because the app keeps malfunctioning. It is unresponsive when I try to log in and or the demo keeps playing. I hope that it gets fixed because I simply loved the working version.

Wonderful, easy to use app. It's jam packed full of good reliable information directly from the bible; presented without any personal agenda, opinion or bias, and where there is, it is stated clearly as the speaker's personal opinion. If I was to suggest anything to the app developer, it would be to add a passage highlight and personal notes option to really complete TTW experience.

Interface is difficult and it won't play now. I love the content that I've been able to hear. There are several things about the app that could be improved. My big issue is it doesn't recognize thst I'm connected to the internet and it won't play. I've tried shut downs and a reinstall but the app isn't working.

I started using Through the Word to compliment my devotion and Bible reading. As Pastor Kris would say it, it is awesome! It has really helped me pick apart the chapters of the Bible and I am able to understand them much more clearly. My only criticism is that I wish all of the books were in the Bible app so that I didn't have to download both apps separately. But that's a small concern, otherwise it works great on my Android phone.

Been using the app for a while. Like others recently, I can't sign into my account. I'd also like to see a truly "offline" option for when I don't have a good internet connection. Although I can download audio material, the app still needs to log into the servers each time I open the app, defeating the offline capability. Great app and ministry otherwise! UPDATE They fixed several of the bugs, so thanks! Still doesn't allow for True offline because it always looks for your sign in when opened.

This is an amazing app...I love it, but it keeps crashing on me. Even after the latest update. It lags when trying to navigate and only attempts to navigate when I press multiple times. It won't let me get through one chapter or B roll without crashing multiple times with the error, " something went wrong" It also plays the announcements over and over. Can this be fixed? Also, bring back the hearts to favorite the studies. I'm using it on an android if that makes any difference. Uninstalling.

EDIT: problem described below has been fixed. Thankyou!! The content itself is nice. When I first installed it, it was ok. But this updated version is glitchy. Audio cuts in and out when app is minimised or screen times out. Not great for when you want to listen while driving, or doing other things. Please fix and will give 5 stars.

Absolutely love the app! When it works I enjoy the teachings and include them in my daily Bible times. I am not online often so having the downloaded stuff was definitely a plus. But it has also been very very frustrating, as it only sometimes works. And then all the sudden I've lost everything I downloaded for no reason. It definitely has been hard, but I keep persevering because I really love the app!
