UI experience with their app, technical support is truly amazing. Bookings, extensions are very simple; customer support s very good. garages/parkings r easily accessible in metro paths. Vehicles I hired were in best conditions. They were able to provide vehicles even during the busy, long holiday seasons. Not sure on their penality on crashes or breakdowns. It would be better if they can mention the conditions of the bikes in app so we can be cautious while riding. Perfect for within city rides

Worst app, Use any other app or calculate the trip before use instead of this you should you use uber or ola or rapido that is more safe, good service, good executive talking to you and who will help you if you need something, Sorry but I will never recommend Royal brothers to anyone, too costly, zero service
