BEGINNERS PROCEED WITH CAUTION. There's definitely room for improvement. You can't play a video while you pause a workout. You aren't able to change the difficulty. Day one is not beginner friendly. I can do some of Jeff's workouts but others are extremely hard to do. This app is meant for intermediate to advanced body building enthusiasts. Beginners can still use it but will have to modify a lot of the workouts.

it is a really nice app indeed but it drops you in the deep straight away. I used to be very lasy when it came to do abbs exercises so i find it really hard now. Honestly it is hard, I mean too hard. I am at day 4 and there were no day without cheating because I just couldn't finish it. For example I can do push-ups easily but I know that it isn't easy for someone who doesn't do it regularly so I would recommend a different exercise for that person and not "forcing" him to do proper push-ups

This app needs tons of work on Android. The iOS version is flawless, but on Android there are even missing graphics and if you select equipment the app never provides exercises for such equipment. Example: I have a med ball, I choose it, the app provides body weight exercises only and maybe once in a while a single exercise that uses the medball. Same for all equipment.

By far the best fitness based app around, this app is fantastic and offers short circuit style ab routines with an inbuilt program, demonstrations automatically play while using the app and are very easy to follow. The app scales difficulty very well with the shuffle function having very appropriate workouts for each difficulty level chosen.

Okay, this is seriously the way all workout apps should work. It prompts you for each set, it has voice over instruction, it has an audible countdown as well as videos that play showing Jeff doing the required move. The video plays the whole time your in that movenent and changes for each one. Brilliant app!!

Overall, the system is pretty basic but otherwise the the training is legit and great quality. I never really knew how to train my abs properly but after a month or so of training with this app I started seeing real changes; I could notice my abs. The results were of course not a lot, but the point is these workouts are easy to stick to on the long run, and I can't wait to see more gains.

Absolutely fantastic for anyone trying to improve there ab strength and definition. I am on week 3 and have already notice drastic improvement. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to work there core quick and efficiently. The app has a large variety of excersise to choose from or has a shuffle mode to give you a randomized workout that will always hit you just right. 5/5

I use it pretty much every day. There are some 'issues' I reported to the team but they brushed me off... Too bad, almost perfect. If it gave some setup guidelines and info about equipment that would help a lot. Also if you could pause between exercises to do the set up, that would also go a long way.

I use this nearly every day, first thing in the morning to get the blood flowing before going to work. Jeff's videos demonstrate the motion and you simply need to turn your mind off and grind it out for the length of the exercise. It's broken out by day and then outlines your entire week. For me, the only drawback is the use of equipment. There is a shuffle option from the main menu (which I use now to avoid equipment based workouts) but this isn't included in the weekly plan.
