Buggy, requires different apps for different countries (which seems hella fishy and just screams "ways to get deeper into the grey zone of privacy law in each country"). Also, well, it's a McDonald's app. I don't need it for slightly more convenience, so I uninstalled it.

Hangs and crashes regularly! Seems unable to recognize when an order is completed (even with location tracking on) and so tries to proceed with previous order even days later. So frustrating I am uninstalling and skipping the points and coupons!

Would be cool if the app would work more than 10% of the times when I use it and actually load properly. What's the point in having this app if it never goes beyond the booting process? If I don't want to use the codes from the app I might as well just order in person for full price and just forego the struggle to use this app. Or better, I go somewhere else and eat something proper

The App simply doesn't work, it won't even open, says it needs updating but it is updated according to Playstore, and so is my whole system! Really frustrating and wasting my time. I've reset my phone, done everything.

I will never use this app again. I lost 10 euro in points and cupons yesterday, because an employee accidentally tiped on cash pay and not on card. The quitting was then out, and he cancelled the order and told me that he can't do anything and I have to pay the whole price. It is very annoying when you are hungry. I will never enter a McDonald's restaurant in my life! Rude and untrained employees plus a bad app makes a very good experience when one is hungry!

Very slow, a lot of bugs. And, sorry, but just not smart app. I cannot add credit card, because it requires 2 factor auth. When i switch app in my smartphone to approve my card, mcDonalds app reseted to main windows, and i need to start process again. Did you ever tried to do it yourself?

Deleted cache/ storage, reinstalled app - still not working properly. Crashes at start, after restarting the app some functions work, some crash the app. Bad user experience. Poor performance for a billion $ company!

Suddenly started declaring that the app needs an update when it's opened. I meet the requirements in the error message. Play Store does not have an update available. App unusable as a result. Neat when it does work. Edit: re-install does *not* help.

Points dont work. Ordering through the app doesnt work. Sometimes payment doesnt work at all, sometimes the order goes through, but the restaurant has no clue about it, leading make to wait 5 minutes in front of the register until they figure it out, etc...
