A recent leak has unveiled intriguing details about Ororon, one of the newly announced characters for Genshin Impact. This four-star character is set to make his debut in the upcoming Version 5.2, alongside the five-star Anemo character, Chasca.

Ororon has already made appearances in the main storyline, hinting at his enigmatic connection to Capitano and the Fatui organization. While fans speculated that he might be another Harbinger, it seems unlikely since all existing Harbingers are of a higher, five-star rarity.

When the active character deals Electro or Hydro damage during Ororon’s Elemental Skill, he will regenerate Nightsoul points. This integration of the Nightsoul system into his kit has been confirmed. Striking an enemy with his Elemental Skill applies the Mark of the Spirit effect, which restores Energy if the active character deals Electro or Hydro damage. Ororon’s Elemental Burst summons a Supersonic Spirit Eye, delivering substantial damage over a large area.

This ability also taunts enemies and emits sound waves, causing additional Electro damage. One of Ororon’s Passive Talents enables him to inflict extra damage whenever an Electro-Charged elemental reaction occurs, provided he has at least 10 Nightsoul points. This revelation has surprised many fans, as the Electro-Charged reaction is not typically regarded as an S-tier elemental reaction.
