A new leak from Genshin Impact is teasing the signature weapon of one of the first characters expected to release from the upcoming Natlan region. With just over a month left until the release of the sixth playable region in the world of Teyvat, HoYoverse is giving players plenty of reasons to be excited about the next explorable area. Teaser trailers have given first looks at the varied landscapes and geography of Natlan and some of its theming.

The most recent trailer for Genshin Impact's next region has given players an introduction to several members of Natlan's main cast. The "Ignition" teaser video showcased a variety of characters, including Mualani, Kachina, and Kinich who are all expected to debut in Version 5.0. The trailer also showcased Mavuika as one of Natlan's main characters, with many fans believing that the imposing figure may be the long-rumored Pyro Archon. A new leak is now giving fans their first look at Mualani's five-star weapon.

Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Details About Natlan Character Mualani's Signature Weapon

A recent leak shared by prominent Genshin Impact leaker Foul is detailing the stats for new character Mualani's signature weapon in Genshin Impact. The leak reveals that Mualani's signature weapon will feature an emphasis on Normal Attacks and Crits, with 542 ATK and 88% Crit Damage at Level 90. The weapon will provide an additional 20% HP and an initial 48% increase to Normal Attack damage. Using Normal Attacks with the weapon will reduce the damage increase by 12%, while triggering Vaporize reactions will restore the 12% damage, up to the initial cap.

Though neither the weapon leak nor the teaser trailer confirmed what Mualani's weapon will be, past leaks could give a hint at her style of gameplay. A previous Genshin Impact leak hinted at the debut of a Hydro Catalyst character during Version 5.0, with their playstyle heavily focused around Normal Attacks. Mualani's color scheme and design in the Ignition trailer also heavily hinted at her being a Hydro character, potentially suggesting she is the leaked Hydro Catalyst user.

Mualani's rumored release in Genshin Impact's Version 5.0 is expected to be joined by two other new characters during the update. Kachina was heavily teased in Genshin Impact's first Natlan character teaser, hinted at being a Geo character during the video. Kinich was also shown during the initial Natlan teaser, with the video revealing him to be a new Dendro claymore character. With a multitude of new characters on the way and a whole new region to explore, Genshin Impact players should be excited for everything to come in late August.
